Our community is built on the values of sacred sisterhood which include honor, respect, uniqueness of perspectives, sovereignty, privacy, truth, authenticity, courage, vulnerability, confidence, empowerment and genuine connection.

To maintain a safe, uplifting, and empowering space for all members, we ask that you respect the following guidelines.

Applicability and Scope

This code of conduct applies to all of this community's spaces, including public channels, private channels, threads, direct messages, voice rooms, comment sections, and live events, both online and off. Anyone who violates this code of conduct may be sanctioned or expelled from these spaces at the discretion of the administrators.

Respect Each Member’s Journey

We are all on our own paths of personal growth. Respect the diversity of experiences, opinions, and backgrounds. Judgment, discrimination, and unkind behavior are not who we are! That being said, we are also here to grow as powerful individuals held within the embrace of community. That means we stand with each other and support each other while we let each person own and be responsible for their choices and individual growth path. We don’t save, rescue or in anyway affirm that She isn’t able, capable or ready to have what she desires within her, as her or in her life. Each woman owns her own power and path, and we stand united in the strength of our individual willingness to do whatever it takes to become all that we are in truth.

Confidentiality and Trust

This is a safe space for women to share their stories, challenges, and victories. Honoring the confidentiality of others by not sharing any personal information or stories outside of this community is paramount and mandatory. Let’s stand for each others’ dignity.

Celebrate Uniqueness

We are here to uplift and celebrate one another. Encourage others and acknowledge their unique strengths and beauty. Let’s create a culture of celebration, not comparison. Comparison is a trap!! A deadly one. The moment we take our eyes off of who we are and start comparing, we diminish our radiance. Our radiance is our personal life force and power.

Kind and Compassionate Communication

Be intentional, edifying and accurate with your words. Offer affirmative support and share personal experiences in a kind and compassionate manner. Any guidance offered should follow the teachings held within HTL and be solely for the intent of reminding another member what we are learning here.

Active Participation

We encourage you to actively engage by sharing your insights, experiences, and wisdom, and by reacting and commenting on your fellow sister’s posts or mentions. This is your space to grow and to support others in their growth.

No Spam or Self-Promotion

Do not solicit members in this group to sell, join, or otherwise participate with you in any endeavor outside this group. Once again, do not self-promote or sell or fish within the community. While we celebrate your success and endeavors, this space is dedicated to collective support and growth, not individual marketing. If someone wants to know you more or find out what you do, let them come to you naturally from their own arising curiosity or intrigue. DO NOT DM people with the intent of solicitation or selling or self-promoting. Respect one another and it will come back to you.

Seek Solutions

While challenges and difficulties are part of life, we encourage you to approach these with a focus on finding solutions. This community is about empowerment and rising above limitations, so share your struggles, but also be open to what choices you can make to create a different result both internally and externally to move through what you are navigating at your right pace.

Honor Courage and Vulnerability

It takes courage to share our fears and our triumphs. Honor each other’s vulnerability by offering empathy, understanding, and support without judgment and with genuine heartfelt sisterhood celebration.

Zero Tolerance for Harassment

We desire all our sisters to feel welcome and safe here. Harassment, bullying, or any form of disrespectful behavior, including degrading, offensive or insensitive remarks, verbal abuse, threats, or demeaning comments about things like race, ethnicity, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender and identity will to be tolerated and may be grounds for immediate removal from the community.

In the event of bullying or misconduct:

Reporting - If you are being bullied or harassed by a member of our community, or if you notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please DM the HTL Admin dTeam.

The admin team will respond to any complaint as promptly as we possibly can. If you do not get a timely response (for example, if no admins are currently online) then please put your personal safety and well-being first, and consider logging out and contacting the admins by email at support@everywomanfree.com.

This code of conduct applies to our community's spaces, but if you are being harassed by a member of our community outside our spaces, we still want to know about it. We will take all good-faith reports of harassment by our members seriously. We also reserve the right to reject any report we believe to have been made in bad faith.

Enforcement - Every code of conduct violation report will be treated with seriousness and care. If a member's immediate safety and security is threatened, an individual admin may take any action that they deem appropriate, up to and including temporarily banning the offender from the community. In less urgent situations, a suitable response will be shared with the offender privately. Whatever the resolution that they decide upon, the decision of the admins involved in a violation case will be considered final.

We will respect confidentiality requests for the purpose of protection. At our discretion, we may publicly name a person about whom we've received harassment complaints, or privately warn third parties about them, if we believe that doing so will increase the safety of our members or the general public. We will not name harassment victims without their affirmative consent.

Compliance - Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.

HTL Community Privacy Waiver

Sharing our journeys through the community platform is of great benefit and support for members AND as a supportive community, we stand for each member to feel safe and secure in their participation. Please read this privacy waiver in its entirety.

Overview:

Your privacy IS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE to Colette and the HTL Team.

This waiver states that participating in the HTL Community involves access to and inclusion in the HTL Community Platform hosted on Heartbeat.chat. Having an HTL Community login and profile is required to access the HTL Community.

You are in control over your HTL profile image, name and other information you provide. You can update your profile at anytime.

HTL Testimonies and Experience Shares

An HTL Team member may request to use your testimonial, share or celebration. You are free to permit or decline.

Example - If you give a testimonial or celebration that will support and encourage others, we may request to use it in whole or in part. IF YOU ARE OKAY with this being used, this would be agreed upon prior to any usage. The identifiers (name, image, etc.) and type of usage would be prearrange and designated to internal (as in inside the EWF-HTL Community Platform) or external, such as on the EWF website or social media.

The HTL Community Privacy Waiver

The HTL Community operates under EWF, LLC. and is designed to be a supportive and safe environment for women. Given the potentially sensitive nature of the content within, we are committed to upholding each participant’s privacy.

Privacy and Community Interactions

By participating in and engaging with the HTL Community platform, I understand that my profile name, image, and visible interactions (such as comments, likes, and group activities) can be seen by other members of the HTL Community. I acknowledge that these interactions are visible in all shared spaces within the community, outside of private Direct Messages (DMs).

Option for Enhanced Privacy

To further safeguard privacy, I have the option to use a pseudonym and an alternative image for my profile. This option is available to any member who would prefer additional privacy while still engaging with the community.

Confidentiality Agreement

I agree to respect the confidentiality of all HTL participants and to not share any information, interactions, program or community content or discussions outside of the community platform. This mutual respect is essential for maintaining a supportive and safe environment for everyone.

Release of Liability

By participating in the HTL Community, I release the HTL Community, EWF, LLC. and their owners and administrators from any claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation and interaction within the community.

I understand that I am responsible for protecting my privacy and can choose how I represent myself within the community.

Acknowledgment

Continuing to enter the HTL Community and using the HTL Community platform serves as my acknowledgement and acts as my agreement to its terms. Using the HTL Community Platform also confirms that I have read and understand this disclaimer and privacy waiver, and I voluntarily agree to the terms above.
