Warning: This journey can be a bumpy ride. Uncovering our patterns and unsticking ourselves from the lies we’ve been telling ourself so we didn’t have to face the pain and the longings…you know all the crazy stuff we do to not be who/what we really are…

It CAN be a gentle awareness that prunes away our deep distorted perceptions. It can also sometimes feel like like a rollercoaster of sorts. Moments of bliss and excitement, moments of sheer terror - staring that drop in the face, knowing your gut is about to get fcked - and the unforgettable peak feeling when it ends of both WOW! I did that! What a rush! And, when do we get to do that again?*

The more you yield to the process of transformation, the more stable you will feel through it in your nervous system. However, I guarantee it will always come with a slice of humble pie.
